In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to zia88 services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously. You confirm that you meet these requirements each time you log in to your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. zia88 applies the 21+ standard in recognition of Indonesian cultural norms and responsible gaming best practices. The Platform does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities may not register as Members.
• You are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity for entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of zia88 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your country or jurisdiction. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether accessing and using zia88 is lawful in your specific location and circumstances.
• You are not currently self-excluded from zia88 or subject to any exclusion order from another gaming operator that would apply to your use of this Platform.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by zia88 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Application Process

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form in full, providing accurate, current, and truthful information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and residential address. All information must correspond exactly to the identity documents you will subsequently submit for KYC verification.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active Account on zia88. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 10. Where multiple accounts are detected, zia88 will suspend all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and may permanently close all accounts.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to keep your Account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your contact number, email address, or bank account details — you must update your Account profile or notify support promptly. zia88 accepts no liability for failed communications or delayed transactions resulting from outdated Member information.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. zia88 will never request your password through any channel. Any transaction completed using your correct login credentials will be deemed authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally completed it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify zia88 immediately at [email protected].

4.1 Mandatory Verification

zia88 requires all Members to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. zia88 may also request verification at any point during the Account lifecycle — including at registration, following a change in Account details, or when unusual account activity is detected.

4.2 Required Documents

You must provide clear, unaltered copies of the following documents when requested:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or a valid Indonesian passport. The document must clearly show your full legal name, date of birth, photograph, and document number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document issued within the last three months, showing your name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account, e-wallet, or card used to deposit funds, confirming the account belongs to the registered Member.

4.3 Verification Timeline

zia88 will complete standard KYC reviews within 1–3 business days of receiving complete documentation. Where additional verification is required, the review period may extend to 7 business days. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is successfully concluded.

4.4 Refusal to Verify

If a Member fails to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a formal KYC request, zia88 reserves the right to suspend the Account, decline pending withdrawals, and return deposited funds (net of any bonus amounts received) to the original payment method used for deposit.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zia88 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no fixed maximum per transaction, though individual payment providers may impose their own transfer limits. Members wishing to deposit above Rp 50,000,000 in a single transaction should contact support in advance to confirm processing arrangements.

5.3 Processing Time

Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 07:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed in real time. Deposits submitted outside standard hours or during Indonesian public holidays may take up to 60 minutes to confirm. zia88 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the registered Member's own name. zia88 strictly prohibits deposits from third-party accounts. Where a third-party deposit is detected, zia88 will suspend the Account, withhold any winnings, and return the deposit to its source after investigation.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested by Members who have successfully completed KYC verification. Funds that were deposited via a specific payment method must be withdrawn to that same method up to the amount deposited (the "return-to-source" rule), with any net winnings withdrawable to the Member's primary verified bank account or e-wallet.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within 2–4 hours to the nominated bank account or e-wallet. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. zia88 targets a maximum withdrawal processing time of 24 hours for all fully verified accounts under standard conditions.

6.4 Withdrawal Verification

zia88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During peak periods, post-promotional surges, or where unusual activity is flagged, processing times may extend beyond the stated targets. Members will be notified by email or live chat if their withdrawal requires additional review.

6.5 Wagering Requirements on Withdrawals

Any portion of an Account balance attributable to bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus offer may be withdrawn at any time without restriction, subject to identity verification requirements.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by zia88 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Standard Wagering Requirement

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 requires total wagers of Rp 3,000,000 across eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.

7.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution on single bets at minimum odds of 1.50; accumulator bets qualify at 100% where all legs are at minimum odds of 1.30
• Certain table games and specialty games may be excluded entirely — refer to the specific promotion page for a full list

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account, unless the specific promotion states a longer validity period. Uncompleted bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity window and are removed from the Account balance without notice.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

zia88 actively monitors betting patterns associated with bonus accounts. Strategies that exploit bonuses — including but not limited to low-variance wagering designed to complete requirements without genuine risk exposure, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinated play with other Members — constitute Prohibited Conduct and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings, Account suspension, and potential permanent closure.

7.6 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus offer may be active on an Account at any given time. If a new deposit is made while a bonus wagering requirement is still active, the deposit will be credited to the Account balance but will not trigger an additional bonus until the existing wagering requirement is cleared.

8.1 Game Integrity

All random-number-generator (RNG) based games available on zia88 — including slots, virtual table games, and lottery-style titles such as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — operate on certified and independently audited RNG systems. Outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by the Platform or by any Member.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including standard match result, Asian Handicap (bandar bola — fixed-odds football wagering), Over/Under, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulators) — are governed by the official rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the official result from the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI, or league operator) will be the final reference.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. These limits are displayed within each game interface or market listing prior to wagering. zia88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts where betting patterns are inconsistent with normal recreational play.

8.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of an internet disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the game round using the last valid game state recorded on our servers. The server-side record is the authoritative record in all circumstances. zia88 is not liable for losses attributable to a Member's own internet connection, device, or browser issues.

8.5 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or declared void by the relevant governing body, all associated bets will be settled as void and stakes returned to the Member's Account balance. In-play bets already settled at the time of cancellation will not be reversed unless a clear technical error in odds or settlement is identified by zia88.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games — any winnings obtained through known bugs must be reported and are subject to reversal
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms collectively
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or any proceeds of fraud
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by zia88
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward zia88 staff or other Members
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation

All content on the zia88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design layouts, graphics, logos, text, database compilations, game mechanics, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of zia88 or its licensed third-party content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written consent from zia88
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
• Use zia88's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any commercial context
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools

Any unauthorised use of zia88's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zia88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from betting outcomes, game results, or transaction processing delays
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, force majeure events, or internet infrastructure issues beyond zia88's reasonable control
• Losses attributable to a Member's own device malfunction, browser incompatibility, or internet connection failure
• Reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies

In any event, zia88's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any Member may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's primary verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13.2 zia88-Initiated Suspension

zia88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected
• The Member fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account restriction
• Unusual or suspicious financial activity is detected that warrants investigation
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon permanent Account closure initiated by zia88 for breach of these terms, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real-money deposits made in good faith and not implicated in the breach may be returned at zia88's sole discretion following completion of any applicable investigation.

zia88 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data principles include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, customer support, and fraud prevention
• zia88 does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes
• Data is stored on secure, encrypted servers and access is restricted to authorised personnel only
• Members may request access to their personal data or request its deletion (subject to regulatory retention obligations) by contacting [email protected]

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zia88 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits zia88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or enforce compliance with these terms.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, with the remaining provisions continuing in full force and effect.
